    NB: All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit [RM].

     

    REGISTRATION ON-SITE
    The Registration Desk will be located at the conference hotel and will be open as follows:
    29th October [Thursday ] from 2.00pm to 5.00pm
    30th October [Friday] from 9.00am to 5.00pm

     

     

     

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods.

    1. Cheque

    • Payment by cheque or banker’s draft drawn on a local banks and made payable to the “Asia-Pacific Neuroendocrine Tumour Society”
    • Overseas or foreign personal cheques will not be accepted.


    2. Telegraphic Transfer

    • All bank charges are to be paid by the registrant
    • A copy of the remittance advice note must be emailed to admin@apnets.org or faxed to [603] 4023 8100
    • Please ensure that the sender’s name is on the remittance advice note
    • Payment by telegraphic transfer to be made to:

    Payment through LPO is strictly reserved for Ministry of Health Malaysia sponsored delegates 

     

    REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONFIRMATION
    Registration acknowledgement and confirmation will be sent via e-mail, within 24 hours of receipt of full payment. Please contact admin@apnets.org if you do not receive this acknowledgement.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    1.         Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of registration fee must be made in writing to the conference secretariat.
    2.         Refunds will only be made 2 weeks after the conference:
    Cancellation on or before            15th October 2015:         50% of the registration fee
    Cancellation after                       15th October 2015:         No refund
